By using PADRE's meme coin trade platform, you acknowledge that meme coin trade is inherently risky, that the value of any meme coin trade position can drop to zero, and that you alone are responsible for all meme coin trade decisions executed through your account. 11. Referral Program Terms

The PADRE referral program allows you to earn rewards by referring others to our platform. By participating in the referral program, you agree to:

• Accept that referral rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld if fraud is detected

Referral commissions are calculated based on the meme coin trade volume generated by referred users. Meme coin trade cashback (35%) and referral commissions (up to 40%) are paid in SOL on a daily basis, subject to verification of legitimate meme coin trade activity. Fraudulent meme coin trade activity, wash trading, or manipulation of meme coin trade volume may result in forfeiture of all earned rewards and account termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PADRE be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
